The PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation Internship Alliance Program builds strong partnerships with leading companies to help secure internship opportunities for our talented young professionals and increase their visibility among recruiters in competitive applicant pools.

This program enables young Hellenes to be referred, recommended, or reserved for select internship opportunities within our trusted partner network, boosting visibility of their applications.

Eligibility:
To explore through the Internship Alliance, students must be a: 

1. PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation Alumna or Alumnus

2. PanHellenic Young Leader (for non-scholarship Alumni)

Finance/Accounting Intern Job Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical and accounting skills for the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and reporting activities and audits for the entire Company.

• Maintaining and overseeing the controls for accounts in areas such as external financial reporting, fixed assets, projects, sponsorships, accruals, and intercompany items.

• Credit analysis, exception monitoring, and clearing.

• Financial analysis and management reporting for our lines of business.

Details:

• The 2026 program will run Tuesday, May 19th – Friday, August 7th.

• Full time, paid summer internship.

• Participate in intern program activities, events, community service projects, and professional development opportunities with your cohort.

Compensation:

• The hourly rate for this role is $19.00/hour.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university, with preference for students entering their junior or senior year.

• Concentrations in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

• Strong analytical, decision-making skills, and an interest in financial analysis and corporate finance, as demonstrated by coursework, or prior experience.

• Leadership, extra-curricular, or volunteering experience with a passion for results.

• You must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. now and in the future to participate in Wintrust’s Commercial Banking Internship Program. Due to the high volume of applicants we receive, we do not offer immigration sponsorship (including OPT and CPT) for this program.
