Summer Analyst Program Overview:
The M&A Analyst program is designed for candidates between their junior and senior undergraduate years. The Program provides participants a practical experience working within a dynamic M&A environment of a portfolio company of one of the leading private equity firms in the world. The M&A analyst will be assigned to work directly with the Global Head of M&A focused on active deal management and origination of new acquisition targets. In addition to this on-the-job experience which will be conducted remotely, the analyst will have an opportunity to interact with business leaders throughout the organization and to interact with owners of businesses we are actively looking to acquire. The program is considered an initial interviewing step for the M&A Analyst full-time position in 2026.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Conducting industry and company research and analysis
• Developing client presentations
• Writing internal and external marketing memoranda
• Performing other tasks supporting business development
Qualifications:
