awareness, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives.
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in executing marketing strategies, managing content creation, and
serving as the liaison between our company and our external Advertising and PR team. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels. Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Develop and manage content for social media, email marketing, website updates, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with external agencies, including PR and advertising vendors, to ensure cohesive branding and
messaging.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for
improvements.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics and promotional materials.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and new marketing
opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
