The PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation Internship Alliance Program builds strong partnerships with leading companies to help secure internship opportunities for our talented young professionals and increase their visibility among recruiters in competitive applicant pools.

This program enables young Hellenes to be referred, recommended, or reserved for select internship opportunities within our trusted partner network, boosting visibility of their applications.

Eligibility:
To explore through the Internship Alliance, students must be a: 

1. PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation Alumna or Alumnus

2. PanHellenic Young Leader (for non-scholarship Alumni)

Sales Support Intern Description

Summary of the Role

The Sales Support intern assists the members of the Sales team by providing administrative support and excellent project management skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Data entry – projects, clean up, excel lists.

• Sales prospecting research.

• Creating literature packets.

• Sit ins with sales and client service team.

• Mock calls/presentations with sales management.

• Additional work dependent on sales initiatives/campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior in a Bachelor’s degree or MBA program.

• Evidence of challenging curriculum and a minimum 3.0 GPA.

• Independent and original thinker.

• Strong level of integrity with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Demonstrated interest within the investment management industry.

• Demonstrated interest/focus on sales/marketing is preferred.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

For Illinois Applicants only: the expected hourly rate for this position is $22/hr.
